Adding porches, garages, carports, decks or a basement are routine additons. Almost all plans have a basement entrance option. Let us custom build a home for you.

28 Ft Ranch models 

Ranch Models are one story and range from 1000 to 1800 Sq. Feet. They have 2 or 3 bedrooms. 5/12, 7/12 and 9/12 roof pitches are available.

 

Cape Cod

These models come with an unfinished upstairs. You can either have us finish this area for you or do it yourself at a later time. Great for a growing family. These models range up to 1530 sq. ft. of finished space and 896 sq. ft. of unfinished space upstairs.

 

Two Story

As you can see, this is the top of the line. These homes range from 1567 sq. ft. to 3335 sq. ft. Some models have 9 ft. ceilings available. These homes fits in to any neighborhood. Fabulous curb appeal.

 

T Ranch

 

Very similar to the standard ranch but with larger square footage. These models range from 1421 sq. ft. to 2460 sq. ft. There is even a duplex available. The multiple roof lines add to the attractiveness of this house. Provides lots of space for large families.

 

Split Foyer

This is an example of some of the miscellaneous floor plans that are available. There are also tri-section models and split level models to go along with the split foyer design. The split foyer is designed to go over a basement.
